What we love about Jordan is the nice and kind locals, always welcoming us in shops restaurants or even remote places.

We often go to Wadi Rum in Jordan, our favourite destination here, it has endless spots to discover.

Canyons are a big joy for us, especially the ones with waterfalls.

Flights

There are three international airports in Jordan, the main two airports are in Amman (QAIA) and (OJAM) and has direct flights to many countries.

The third airport is in Aqaba (AQJ) and it doesn’t have many flights as in Amman. But it's good as it’s much closer to Petra and Wadi rum.

Budget airlines like RyanAir and WizzAir have flight to all three airports, you may check Sky scanner for flights to Jordan.

Climate

Generally speaking, Jordan has hot summers and cold winters, spring is very nice and colorful, while autumn is mixed between warm and cool.

The peak of tourism takes place during spring and autumn, but tourists visit Jordan all year round.

Budget

Jordan tends more to be a budget friendly destination.

Hostels are common and available from 5 JOD (7$), and hotels starts from 20 JOD (29$).

Renting a car starts from 15 JOD (21$), and tour buses starts from 10 JOD (14$) for one way trip. Hiring a car with a private driver could be an option.

Street food is really delicious here with a cost starting from half a Jordanian dinar (0.70$) for one falafel sandwich! But for meals it is between 3-8 JOD (4-11$).
