Meals:

All meals at our camp are freshly prepared on-site, showcasing the vibrant flavors of the desert.

Dinner often features the traditional Zarb, a slow-cooked feast of meat and vegetables. Savor the delicious flavors alongside a selection of salads, rice, and bread.

Breakfast includes a selection of fresh local produce, such as eggs, labneh, cheeses, and seasonal fruits.

We are happy to accommodate various dietary needs.
Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian or vegan preferences, and we will gladly prepare delicious and satisfying alternatives.

Half day tour:

Burdah Bridge Hike:

Hike time: 3 hours.

Um ad-Dami hike:

Ascend Um ad-Dami, the highest peak in Jordan, and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Wadi Rum desert, the Red Sea, and Saudi Arabia. This moderate-to-challenging hike requires good fitness levels and proper sun protection.

After reaching the summit, descend and enjoy a delicious Bedouin lunch cooked over an open fire.
Explore other areas of Wadi Sabet, including the viewpoint, rock bridge, and Bedouin well, before witnessing a stunning sunset at Um Sabbatah.

Hike time: 4-5 hours.

Raqabat Um Ajl Hike:

Test your limits on this challenging hike through Raqabat Um Ajl, a historic mountain pass connecting Um Ashrin and Um Ajl.

This moderate 4-hour hike involves some scrambling and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding desert landscape.

Legend has it that Abd El Salam walked this very trail to school each morning, adding a touch of local history to your adventure.

After your hike, enjoy a delicious Bedouin lunch cooked over an open fire, followed by an exciting jeep tour through the red desert and a mesmerizing sunset.

Cave overnight stay:

Choose to sleep in a cozy cave during the cooler months or on top of a sand dune during the summer.

Your guide will set up camp with comfortable mattresses, blankets, and sleeping bags.

Enjoy a delicious traditional dinner, such as Kabseh or vegetables and chicken tray, and spend the evening stargazing around a crackling campfire.

Please note that this is a truly off-grid experience with no toilet or shower facilities and no Wi-Fi.
